Josh has been a licensed Realtor for the past 8 years. Josh has experience with single family home transactions to commercial and raw land. Josh has utilized his knowledge in construction management to work closely with investors and brings an abundance of knowledge in the “fixer upper” arena. He has a deep knowledge of the home building process from steps A through Z. In his spare time Josh enjoys fishing, running marathons, construction projects and is an avid soccer player.
